How long will it take to get my order?
Approximately 2 weeks. Holidays can also affect the length.
What is your return policy?
No refunds or returns on apparel items.
Handcrafted items may be returned within 14 days of receipt at buyer's expense.
What payments do you accept?
Credit Cards and PayPal. This store is set up so when you check out you will get to a screen with either of these options.
NOTE: If you are using a credit card - do not select the option for PayPal. Please use the option you'll see on the left where you can choose credit cards.
How do you ship?
The preferred method of shipping is USPS and costs include shipping & handling. However prices vary depending on the weight of the total package and an alternate method may be selected. Can ship worldwide.
What brands/styles do you use for your shirts and tanks?
Varies depending on what is in stock with distributors, but brands include Bella-Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, and Tultex. Sizing charts for each style/brand are listed with each item. Similar fitting brands may be substituted if the distributors are out of stock.
Do you offer any discounts?
Specials are posted on Instagram page (@rollershirts1), Facebook (@rollershirts) and in announcement. They may also be listed in specials link.
Domestic shipping on orders of $40 or more is always free with discount code FREESHIP40.
NOTE: If you navigate away from the cart during checkout for any reason (i.e. continue shopping, pressing the browser "back" button, etc) - you may have to enter the discount code again when you're ready to finalize your purchase.
